Worry Wart – Who Me?
Would the Lord have been good if it had rained that day? Of course. Would Lyndsay and Joseph have survived (like hundreds of others) if it rained on their outdoor wedding? Definitely. Those are the easy questions. Here is the hard question. Why can’t I apply that same level of trust to other areas of my life?…We need to talk to Him. Then wait and trust. Trust in the God we love and serve, the God of the universe.

I want MORE of Jesus!
In our walk with the Lord we find ourselves praying to Jesus, I want MORE of you! We are asking to have a deep encounter with Him. This prayer may be arising because we do not know what to do amid difficult times or a crisis when we do not know what to do.

The Betty Mitchell Story
I begged them to let me get my daughter who was sleeping, but I was not allowed. Instead they led me and my children over to another part of the leprosarium and told us to sit down on the ground with the four nurses and wait.
This was the most trying time of my life seeing my husband tied and led off like that, not knowing when we would see him again and not knowing what might happen to Gerry alone in the house! -
Why Have You Done This to Us?
The life we imagine with Christ is often very different from the reality of our lives lived with Christ. Have you ever journeyed with Jesus from “I am the Lord’s servant” and “My spirit rejoices in God my Savior” to “Why?” That’s OK. Ask the honest questions. Listen for the answers. Jesus is truth. Continue to walk with him. Jesus is present. Jesus will not leave you. He will continue to journey with you.
