National Executive Team

Ana Cuevas
Ana is the national director for Alliance Women; she has also served as a district director, worship leader, children’s ministry director, and short-term mission trips coordinator. She currently works as an elementary school teacher, and her husband, Jorge, serves as the Project Manager for Church Multiplication at the C&MA National Office.
Barbara Linn
Barb has served alongside her husband Dave in various capacities since they began their full-time Christian service adventure in 1983. They are in their third term as the Northeastern District Superintendent couple. She has a deep commitment to the work of Alliance Women and serves as the National Secretary. She enjoys almost any athletic activity, running A/V, demolition, and solving annoying computer problems.
Omee Thao
Omee Thao is the wife of Hmong District superintendent Lantzia Thao, and serves our team as member-at-large. Omee desires to be someone God can use to empower others—especially women—to rise up and allow Him to use them mightily to impact this generation.
Rachel Michalko
Rachel's coworkers tease her saying she bleeds Alliance. She grew up in the Washington, PA, Alliance Church. If the doors were open her family was there. Today, she is active in her church singing with the worship team, helping with the website and multi-media, and serving families and women.
