"An exciting event to help reach our National Project Goal of $350,000. is a National AWM Walkathon to be held throughout the country on April 30, 2011. (If your church cannot participate on that day, feel free to choose another day.)
We would love to have every Alliance Church participate in this great event:
Walk for the World raising money for our project. Please see the useful downloadable tools we have on our site: Guidelines, Poster, Logos, and Registration Sheets.
Please become part of the Alliance Women Ministries Presence on Facebook. There you will see updates about the walkathon and be able to post what your church will be doing. It will be fun to see everything that will be happening across the country. We hope to have you join us on April 30, 2011."
