Sue, who serves as National AWM Secretary and New England District Director, gets energized by seeing women move
to the “next level” in a relationship with Christ.
“For most of my life my parents have cared for foster children, and with these children came the families attached
to them. God has used the influence of such broken people-primarily the Moms of the kids, to show me the necessity
and impact that women have when they reach out to other women. We also were never short a bed or spot at the table
for any missionary passing through. I remember sitting around the dinner table on several occasions captivated by
hearing all that God was doing overseas. With these two factors so prevalent in my life, its only natural that I
feel such a strong desire to work with AWM”
Sue attends South Shore Community Church in Bridgewater, MA and works as an Admin. Assistant at the New England
District C&MA Office. She lives in historic Southeastern, MA with her husband Glenn and two great teens, Aaron and Kelly.

Rachel's coworkers always tease her saying she bleeds Alliance. She grew up in the Washington
Alliance Church in Washington, PA, and if the doors were open her family was there. She did bible
quizzing, was in youth group, attended Mahaffey Camp and was a camp counselor at Edinboro each
summer during her college years. So of course, when she could, she got involved in Alliance Women’s
Ministries. She currently serves on her AW district retreat committee as the technical support person.
Rachel graduated from Mount Vernon Nazarene College in 2000 with a Bachelors degree in Art and a minor
in business. She later continued her education at Geneva College, graduating with a Master of Science
in Organizational Leadership in 2005. She is currently employed by Geneva as their webmaster. In
addition, she is active in her church singing with the worship team and choir, helping with their
website and multi-media, working in the nursery and with the youth group, and of course, Alliance Women.
