AWM Around the World:  House of Hope, Cote d'Ivoire

Recently a large sum of money was given from Alliance Women Ministries to a new venture in Cote d'Ivoire, West Africa called House of Hope.  This project was to work with eighty women who would learn to read and write. Classes in hygiene, nutrition, and the health of mother and infant would also be included. Please see the exciting ministry that has resulted. The teaching women recently went into a village in the northern part of the country, the part devastated by the war and held an interdenominational training for women. Some of the training this time included Aids Awareness.
